Doula Birth Support (+ Birth Photography)
Includes:
1-2 in person doula dates during pregnancy to connect and discuss your birth plans. I want to know about your hopes, your priorities, & your concerns. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and build trust & connection, and for me to offer advice for navigating the hospital system, and hot tips for labour & birth.
Adhoc support via phone & email throughout your pregnancy & early postpartum. You’re welcome to pick my brains on anything that comes up for you, and if I don’t have answers I will help you find the information.
Attendance at your birth for as long as that may be. I provide emotional and physical support as needed - including tips on managing pain, massage, encouraging you to surrender, reminding you of your power, facilitating baby positioning exercises, and navigating your birth choices. (And so much more).
Professional birth photography - depending on how much you want documented, and how involved I am with physical support. Usually I can capture enough photos to honour your birth experience, including labour, birth and babies first moments. Photos are professionally edited and provided via an online gallery from which you can download both low resolution and high resolution digital images.
One postpartum visit after your baby is earthside to debrief your birth experience and direct you to any further services & resources that you may need.

I'll be on call (24 hours a day!) from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby.
