This time last year I was riding that post birth high, after witnessing three beautiful homebirths on three consecutive nights. Was I delirious? Yes! But was my heart happy? SO MUCH YES!!!!

This was birth number two that week, the birth of beautiful

Loving touch can be so valuable in calming our nervous system - it makes sense that it can be beneficial in labour.
